Growth Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, subscription and new user acquisition for our E-commerce channel via the following but not limited to social media, EDM, etc.
• Respond to our Gorgias customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Improve content, targeting to ensure higher engagement and better user experience for existing and new users.
• Perform A/B testing and experiments to understand which tactics increase to funnel activity.
• Work closely with E-commerce lead to set sales and user acquisition goals.
• If we don’t have the expertise, liaise with Marketing and Paid Marketing (agency/outsourced) to launch paid marketing campaigns to hit growth targets.
• Take ownership of performance within your campaigns, analysing opportunities and implementing tests and optimisations.
• Ideate test ideas within your campaigns - landing pages, bid strategies, creative and ad copy and campaign types.
• Create replicable processes and playbooks to drive efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key metrics.
• Communicate strategies, insights, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Complies with all other instructions as mandated by immediate superior and management.

The Growth Marketing Associate role at Yardstick drives e-commerce sales, subscriptions, and new customer acquisition through social, email, and paid campaigns. You’ll manage customer inquiries, run experiments to optimize funnel performance, and work with the E-commerce Lead and partners to hit growth targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
